Warranty and Repair Information for Watches
The hands, dial, and watch movement are the only components covered under the warranty. If the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of IceLink service center. A return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service.

The Manufacturer's Warranty Does Not Include:
  • Battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
  • Water damage taking into consideration water resistance rules.

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.

We suggest that all watches be serviced at IceLink Headquarters [address listed below] or at one of the friendly and
IceLink Authorized Repair Facilities. If you decide to take it to an unauthorized repair center, make sure it is a trusted and known location, not a pop up repair shop.You can size your watch bands at any repair center without voiding your warranty.

If the problem you are having with your watch is not covered by our limited warranty, or if your warranty has expired, please contact IceLink Customer Support at info@icelinkwatch.com to attempt a resolve at your current issue. (You may be subject to Service Fees and Repair Costs)

Please Send only the item which needs to be repaired along with its corresponding paperwork/receipt. Do NOT send the box or additional bands or accessories. Please make sure your item is packed carefully so that is protected against possible damage during shipment.


We strongly suggest that you insure your package for the accurate value that it holds. Please email the tracking number to shipping@icelinkwatch.com so that we can track your package as it arrives to our repair facility.
